If you are having difficulty logging into the member section, please remember your username & password are cASe SEnsiTIve. Please verify that you are entering them as such.

I joined using ccBill, and I forgot or don't know my password, is there a way I can retrieve it?

Is there telephone support and/or email support?

Yes, If you purchased your membership through ccBill, telephone support is available to you. For help with billing questions, password, or technical support, you may call 1-888-596-9279, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition, you have the option of contacting us by email at nakedpapis@aol.com. Emails are answered within 24 hours. Please remember to include your username and/or subscription number in your e-mail, along with a detailed description of your problem or concern.

I'm trying to watch the videos but I don't have real player or windows player installed, what can I do?

You will need to download and install Real Player (or Real One Player) or Windows Media Player. Don't worry...they are both FREE.

How may I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership purchased through ccBill, please visit www.ccBill.com, and click on the red button in the middle of the page that says "Cancel Subscriiption," and follow the instructions.
